Nick Surowy​ - CHEF DE CUISINE

 

Canadian born Nick Surowy started his culinary career at Savory Coast in Vancouver working under Romy Prasad. He has since worked at The Savoy Hotel in London, UK and was previously the Chef of Caramba Restaurant in Whistler.
