Quattro on Fourth celebrates its tenth anniversary by offering ‘Bella Tavolata da Dieci’ or ‘Table for Ten’
(VANCOUVER, British Columbia, March 18, 2004) – Quattro on Fourth opened to rave reviews in July 1994. Since then, the corner of Fourth and Trafalgar has become a culinary landmark in Kitsilano. Quattro on Fourth is celebrating this important milestone by offering Bella Tavolata da Dieci or Table for 10.
For ten nights this June and July, Quattro on Fourth will set one communal table for 10 and serve an extravagant ten-course L’Abbuffata menu highlighting the best of Quattro past and present; each course will be expertly paired with wine. Pull up a chair; meet new friends; and toast the success of an old amico.
Table for 10 will be offered at 8pm on ten nights only: Thursday, June 10; Wednesday, June 16; Thursday, June 17; Wednesday, June 23; Thursday, June 24; Wednesday, July 14; Thursday, July 15; Thursday, July 22; Wednesday, July 28; and Thursday, July 29. Reservations are required and can be made by calling Quattro on Fourth at 604.734.4444. This 10-course taste of Quattro history is $110.00 per person (plus taxes).
In ten years the awards and accolades bestowed on Quattro are too numerous to list; the restaurant has been singled out by Gourmet, Wine Spectator and Vancouver magazines. In 2003, Patrick Corsi was included on Business in Vancouver’s ‘40 Under 40’ list of business achievers.
