In June and July2006 the restaurants will be offering Quattro Classico Menus comprised entirelyof dishes submitted by the public. If you have a favourite pasta, lamb dishor dessert from yesteryear that you?ve been reminiscing about, this is yourchance to rekindle your taste buds! Simply email recipe@quattrorestaurants.com withyour menu item request and if your recipe is selected for the Quattro ClassicoMenu you?ll receive a Quattro gift certificate. Don?t worry about rememberingthe exact name or recipe for the dish, but try to provide as much detail aspossible. Recipe ideas can come from Quattro menus of the past, travels toItaly, or from your own Mama?s kitchen.
Quattro on Fourth opened in Kitsilano during the summer of 1994. Since then the corner of Fourth and Trafalgar has become a culinary landmark, while Quattro continued to make its mark with Quattro at Whistler in 1996 ? celebrating its tenth anniversary this year ? and Gusto di Quattro in North Vancouver in 2001.
