VANCOUVER, B.C. (March 1, 2006) – Quattro on Fourth, Quattro at Whistler, and Gusto di Quattro - three restaurants over 12 years, that’s a lot of great memories, and recipes! This June and July 2006 the restaurants will be offering Quattro Classico Menus comprised entirely of dishes submitted by the public. If you have a favourite pasta, lamb dish or dessert from yesteryear that you’ve been reminiscing about, this is your chance to rekindle your taste buds! Simply email recipe@quattrorestaurants.com with your menu item request by April 30, and if your recipe is selected for the Quattro Classico Menu you’ll receive a Quattro gift certificate. Don’t worry about remembering the exact name or recipe for the dish, but try to provide as much detail as possible. Recipe ideas can come from Quattro menus of the past, travels to Italy, or from your own Mama’s kitchen.

Quattro on Fourth opened in Kitsilano during the summer of 1994. Since then the corner of Fourth and Trafalgar has become a culinary landmark, while Quattro continued to make its mark with Quattro at Whistler in 1996 – celebrating its tenth anniversary this year – and Gusto di Quattro in North Vancouver in 2001. Quattro Restaurants are owned and operated by the father and son team of Antonio and Patrick Corsi. For more information please visit quattrorestaurants.com.
