Translated, Gusto di Quattro means, a taste of Quattro, and Gusto is
just that. A North Shore favorite since it opened its doors in September
2000, the restaurant has history with the Corsi family that belies its
youth and size.
Gusto is located seaside, by the Lonsdale Quay market in North Vancouver.
It's the very same location where proprietor Antonio Corsi opened his
first restaurant, Trattoria Corsi, in 1980. Corsi's fare continues to
be as wildly popular now as it was then. Gusto was awarded the North
Shore News Readers' Choice Award for Favourite Italian 2002 and
Favourite New Restaurant 2000-2001, plus Vancouver magazine
Critics Choice award for Best North Shore (Bronze) in 2001.
