David Owen
General Manager, Gusto di Quattro
David Owen brings over 20 years of hospitality and entrepreneurial experience to his position as general manager of Gusto di Quattro. He recently returned from St. Maarten where he opened the 12 Metre Yacht Club. But most people will recognize him from Salmon House on the Hill where, as GM for six years, the restaurant won awards for it's wine list, view, ambience and of course excellent seafood. Owen also opened the Northlands Bar and Grill as GM at the Northlands Golf and Country Club which was noted as one of the top three public courses in Canada by Golf Digest for its unique course and clubhouse combination.
"I am thrilled to be back on the North Shore and working with the Corsi family, said Owen. Quattro is recognized for it's old word charm combined with today's high service standards, and of course exceptional food and wine. I am excited to continue the tradition."
